If you haven't been by downtown Clearwater in a while you'll be surprised.  The streetscape is complete and all the streets have been redone with planters.  We'll have a new marina before too long. Construction is occuring everywhere with lots of new high rise condo units - many with great views of the Bay and Gulf. Many new stores will be coming soon with lots of great shopping before very long.

At the beach we have Pier 60 which has artisans, street performers, musicians and more performing 2 hours before sunset and two hours after.
